Debby Vice President Randy President	Winona Controls was founded in 1991 to provide service of mechanical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.  Randy Klinski, an employee of Winona Controls, purchased the two employee company in 1998.  Through its dedication to customers to always provide dependable, fast, productive, quality service, it has grown to 14 employees.

Winona Controls' Journeymen are licensed in their areas including plumbing, high pressure piping, medical gases, municipal gas licenses, low voltage wiring, backflow prevention, pipe welding certification and EPA refrigerant handling and recovery.   Winona Control apprentices go through a five-year training program including state of the art training centers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.   Click on pictures to take a tour of our employees and facilities
