Completed in 2009, the Bio Business Center in Rochester, Minnesota utilizes our building automation system for the core building, where we control the air handlers, boilers, and chillers to provide the comfort ventilation for all 8 floors of the building. We control an energy recovery unit and cooling tower along with the building pressurization control in case of a fire on any floor. We are currently working with the City of Rochester to continually monitor the building to provide the best energy efficiency we can provide.
