Brief Overview
Project consisted on new pluming and HVAC for AG shop addition and new faculty offices. We installed new boiler plant including; 3-new high efficiency hot water boiler, hot water pumps and all new hot water mains throughout the building. On the plumbing side, we installed new science classroom plumbing which included; new acid neutralizing basins, acid waste piping and gas turrets for all the casework. We also piped new domestic water mains throughout the building, new high efficiency water heaters and new water softener. The remodeling portion of the project was completed in 4 months and boilers were up and running in mid-September a month ahead of schedule.
