The school district updated the old pneumatic controls to a new state of the art building automation system. We installed American Auto-matrix controllers with the Nexus front end platform which gave the school HTML access to the system using a variety of interfaces including smart phones, tablets, and computers.
Some of the features the new system has allowed the school to have is setback set points for each unit, as well as staging control for the steam boilers.
