Brief Overview
Project consisted of installation of new Variable Refrigerated flow heating and cooling system. VRF provides heating and cooling with the same equipment which was a very cost effective system for the school district. It will also provide cheaper operating costs than the existing steam boiler that was demolished had provided. We installed several dedicated outdoor air roof top units for fresh air changes. We also provided new American Automative BAS to provide control and efficient operation on VRF system.
