Brief Overview
The Project consisted of replacing the old centralized furnace with tunnel ducting with new hot water boilers, new unit ventilators, new indoor centralized air handling units and new roof top units on the new gym addition.
The project consisted of a new gymnasium addition and complete HVAC remodeling of existing high school and elementary school. The project consisted of installing new five new air handling units, two new roof top units, 13 new unit ventilators and 2 new high efficiency boilers. The existing system was forced air throughout, so new hydronic piping was routed through existing supply and return air tunnels under the school. We also installed a completely new DDC Building Automation system by American Automatrix in the entire school. The project was completed on schedule with happy owners and a pleased general contractor.
